We do not sanction loans, disburse funds from our own books, or decide interest rates, fees or terms. Every approval, interest rate and term is at the sole discretion of the lending bank or financial institution you're applying to.

No guarantee of approval or terms

Nothing on this website, in our communications, or from our advisors should be read as a promise, guarantee or assurance that:

• your loan or financial-service application will be approved;
• you will receive any specific interest rate, processing fee, tenure or loan amount; or
• your application will be processed within any specific timeframe.

These are matters the lending bank decides, based on its own policies and your eligibility.

Our role

We help you understand what you need, prepare your documentation, submit your application to public sector banks, private sector banks and financial institutions, and follow up on your behalf until there's a decision and, if approved, disbursal. This is a facilitation and documentation-support service: it does not replace the bank's own assessment, due diligence or decision-making process.

EMI calculator and other tools

Any EMI, interest or repayment figure shown through our EMI calculator or elsewhere on the website is an estimate, calculated from the numbers you enter. It is not a loan offer, a quote, or binding in any way. Your bank will confirm the final rate, fees and EMI once your application is assessed.

Document checklists and eligibility information shown on our loan pages are indicative: a general guide based on common bank requirements. The bank you apply to decides what it actually needs for your case, and its requirements may differ from what's shown here.
