Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sunhil Capital Private Limited ("Sunhil Capital," "we," "us," "our") website and any enquiry, call or WhatsApp conversation you have with us about a loan or financial service. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or submit your details.
Who we are, and what we do
Sunhil Capital Private Limited is a Sunhil Group company. We help individuals, businesses, corporates and industries get loans and financial services from public sector banks, private sector banks and financial institutions. We handle the journey (enquiry, documentation, submission to banks, and staying with you through to disbursal) with minimal documentation.
Sunhil Capital is a loan facilitator. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), or a lender. We do not sanction loans, decide interest rates, or guarantee approval. Those decisions rest solely with the lending bank or financial institution.
Registered office: Sunhil Group, B-8 & 9, 2nd Floor, Sector-1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
Eligibility
To use our services, you should be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a loan or financial agreement in India. If you're applying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorised to do so.
What our service includes
When you submit an enquiry, we will generally:

- Tell you what documents are indicatively required (the bank makes the final call).
- Check and prepare your application file.
- Submit your file to one or more approved banks that may fit your need.
- Follow up with the bank on your behalf until there's a decision.
- Stay in touch with you until the funds, if approved, are disbursed.
What our service does not include
To be clear, and consistent with our Disclaimer:
- We do not guarantee that your loan will be approved.
- We do not set, promise or influence the interest rate, processing fee, tenure or any other term: these are entirely the lending bank's decision.
- We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
- Any EMI figure shown on our website (including from the EMI calculator) is an estimate only, not a quote.
Your responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Give us accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
- Tell us promptly if any detail you've shared changes.
- Use the website and our services only for genuine, lawful enquiries: not to test, scrape, disrupt or misuse the site.
- Keep any login or account details (if we introduce these in future) confidential.
Fees
We tell you clearly, in writing and before you proceed, whether any fee applies to your case. Any fees or charges from the lending bank are set out in its Key Fact Statement, which you receive before you sign.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection or data protection law.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or stop providing services to you if we reasonably believe you've misused the website, provided false information, or broken these terms.
